Julianna's school project

Julianna made her state notebook presentation today. Each of the 6th grade students were required to choose a different state to research. She decided to study Kentucky since we have family there. She did a nice job and is relieved that this project is over.

I had popcorn chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken for the kids to eat after she finished her talk.(I thought this would be better than having a wad of tobacco for each of the students:)

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day with my family. Here I am with my presents which consisted of: flowers, candy, 2 shirts, home-made cards, and a decorating magazine. Doyle made dinner and cleaned up the dishes while I took a nap. He does that for me almost every Sunday-what a man!!

My kids and me.

Julianna, Lydia, and me at the Mother/Daughter Banquet.

I am so grateful for my Mom who is one of my dearest friends. I thought I was going to lose her when she had her heart attack a few days ago. I asked God to please let her live if it would be His will. I am so glad he allowed her to remain a part of my life. She was able to attend church yesterday and heard from Kerry, my brother in Afghanistan. We prayed for her to receive a call from him on Mother's Day.

Family Time!

On April 25th we were able to get together with most of the Bozones to celebrate Daryl and Amber's wedding. I have posted a complete album on my FB site, but here are a few pictures.

Here the happy couple enter the reception.

The 5 brothers..

All seven kids-it was so nice for them to be together.

Lydia and Joseph-taking their job seriously.

The Bozone clan.

Our family-I am so blessed!
