Book Character Day at School

Today was Book Character day at school; the kids were to dress like a character from a book. Julianna is "Anne of Green Gables." Samuel is "Sherlock Holmes," and Lydia is "Little Red Riding Hood." I told the kids this morning while they were eating breakfast that I thought they were somewhat like the character they were portraying. Julianna is daring, smart, and likes to read like Anne. Samuel enjoys looking for clues and solving mysteries. I also thought Lydia might be the friendly girl that would talk to the wolf. As for Joseph, I am not sure he is a character out of a book, but he definitely is a character. I love this picture of the dragon taking a spin on his scooter.

The kids look so cute. You did a great job with the characters. I love the Dragon~too cute.
I think that Julianna could also pass for Pollianna.
Can't wait to see you in a few weeks.

The kids look great!! They picked good characters. I will have to "drive" by on my bike and check out all of the flowers. What a lot of work. And what a great benefit in the end results. Good blog.

Adorable pics. You should be so proud of your kids, Sherilyn. They are going to be great adults someday!
